Just in time for the holidays, the 2013 Western Star Calendar has been released. According to the press release today, the engineering-inspired “Tough by Design” calendar features Western Star trucks across various applications, from logging and mining to on-highway and heavy-haul. Each month highlights Western Star’s customization capabilities, designed to tackle the most demanding jobs.
Renowned artist Jeff Foster returns for the third year to illustrate the specialization of each truck with blueprint-style drawings that complement original truck photography by Paul Hartley.
“Building the toughest trucks doesn’t happen by chance, but through careful attention to detail and valuable input from our customers,” said Ann Demitruk, director of marketing, Western Star. “Our calendar creatively illustrates the purposeful engineering and attention to detail that is the hallmark of our brand. Initial calendar orders show that our customers and fans love our trucks just as much as we love to build them.”
Presented in a horizontal 18” x 27” format, the “Tough by Design” calendar is available to order through the Western Star website at www.westernstar.com, in the Western Star Store or a Western Star dealer.

I very eager to buy one but the shipping fees for outside continental US countries are too expensive, it might even surpass the prize of the actual calendar which I think would be very impractical.
