And the winners are…

National Truck Driving Competition

The National Truck Driving Chanpionships have concluded and Topeka’s own Don Logan is your new Grand Champion. As published on the American Trucing Association (ATA) website, the competition was fierce as the best of the best from all 50 US states competed for bragging rights.

Don Logan is a seasoned driver for FedEx Freight with 25 years experience.  To compete, drivers must remain accident free for a year so we know Don’s a safe driver as well. He also won the flatbed competition AND the Vehicle Condition award so all in all, it was a good week for him.

The champions in each class are:

Straight Truck:  PA – Robert Dolan, Con-way Freight, Allentown, Pa.
Three-Axle: MA – Roland Bolduc, FedEx Express, Windsor, Conn.
Four-Axle: NE – Scott Stroup, YRC Freight, Omaha, Neb.
