Have you checked out the new “Serious Gear” website yet? I’ve been a Western Star gear junkie for a while now, and I must say that this site made me happy (and a little poorer).
The selection of merchandise on the site seems to be a bit larger than before. I don’t remember a lot of this stuff being on the old website. There are so many different things to choose from. Caps, containers, jackets, and even things for the office are all on there. A couple of things I ordered were the Hawkeye Pocket Knife and the Western Star Wall Clock.
The best part about it is the reasonable prices on the merchandise. That pocket knife that I ordered was only $11.70, which isn’t bad at all. I saw some other good deals on there too, like a Western Star water bottle for only $3 and the trucker caps for about $8.
I also like the look and feel of the website. To me it seems really clean and is really easy to work through. Ordering was a breeze. You can search for stuff like “hat” or “jacket” to see everything they have in those collection. The Western Star gear items are categorized, so it’s easy to find. I just clicked on the category, checked out the pictures, clicked on the main photo, then picked my quantity and I was good to go. It’s great when there is no hassle buying.
There were so many more things I could order, so I’ll definitely be back. I’ll probably be getting one of the jackets next, but I’ll be looking to see if any more new things come out too.
